We train in a spacious, covered area, so you’re always set no matter the weather.

All the group classes are at Winston Heights Public School. There is plenty of parking on Langdon road and Buckleys road. Just keep an eye open for me signage.

At Impact I do ask for a 12 week commitment. That's because I put so much time into helping you in the first 4 weeks and I know that results really start to happen in weeks 5 and beyond.

Every fitness level is catered for. You’re welcome to join any class time that suits you. Jaron will guide you to train at a pace and intensity that works perfectly for where you’re at right now.

Just bring a large towel and a drink bottle, and you’re good to go. We can chat about adding things like boxing gloves or resistance bands if needed.

Don’t stress about slowing anyone down—our group sessions are designed to meet everyone at their own fitness level, so you’ll always feel supported and never out of place. Plus, the group thrives on encouragement, so you’ll find everyone cheering you on, not waiting on you.

I don't give you recipes, but I 100% help you create them as while as a weekly eating plan. This way you are eating foods you like.
The short answer is yes. My aim is to help you drop body fat, but also strengthen your body. I do have an online program to follow you can join if classes aren't an option.
